This blog is titled The Life of a Bapak. But, sad to say that presently this Bapak has no life. Wait, ada life but its very the monotonously boring one, at least for now lah! I don't even have anything worthwhile let alone clever to post and share.
And I'm so tired with the goings on at the office. I'm too old for office politics. And I really don't have a brain to entertain er... the not so bright people who whine and whine when things do not go their way. And mind you, I'm not that intelligent to begin with. So imagine, what kind of people that I have to deal with... ooh whatever!
"A common problem at the workplace is confusing activity with accomplishment or results. That's probably why we spend hours on end in meetings, engaging in verbal jousting and exchange of semantics, completely oblivious to one simple fact: all the running around doesn’t really get us anywhere.Activities are often just cosmetic. At the end of the day, it’s the results that matter, you know." - a wise word from The Kimster.
But then again, this is life! Deal with it, right?

Dear friends,
I am perplexed as why the above 10 entries, which obviously posted by one single peson, made its way here. Anyway, It's rather long so I'm letting it in until I find time to read it. Only then perhaps I'll delete it.... but BN bashing ni is a good read jugak sometimes - therapeutic.
Mior,
I once had the same experience when several comments unrelated to my blog came to my blogsite. As in telephony there could be crosswire somewhere. Can we call it crossnetwork or crossnt for short?
I am thinking hard on what to blog next. Need to put in something original since I dont wan't to soil my blogsite with politics hehehehe.
Salam pak mior:
Aduh!!!!Kome pun udah di serang oleh spammer biol tu. Basically dia tak pueh hati pasai malaysia dan kedudukan istimewa org Melayu( istimewa ke?).
Kome boleh baca atau delete je ke tong sampah.
Yes, life can be monotonous esp at our workplace. But hey! We can make life interesting at home. No, not watching Astro 6 straight hours. Why not try gardening? You can experiments at even a small space. Or why not try cooking? Our Mr Bergen is a good cook. Yeah, wifey will chase you outa the kitchen initially, but once you are over the rentong and hangit phase of cooking, wifey and children MIGHT tolerate you ke-chef-an. At least you know you can eat your own cooking, can you?
Salam bro,

Salam Mior
I always get this "What! You got no life ah?" comment whenever friends are told that I'm in the office even on weekends. Salah sapa? Dia orang gak nak baca suratkabar hari2 kan?
Kat dalam ofis ada politics. Kat luar pun discuss pasal politics. Tapi kita tak jadi gak politician ... hehehehehehee!
yup...that's life...
just cherish it...make the most with the little time u have, to have some fun...
bg mior,
i still remember all the words you said when i first started. 'just write on anything you wish'. well, you were one of them who made it flow, so i'm returning the gesture. tulis je apa yg terkotak difikiran. ewah.
btw, it may be therapeutic to some but the ones i got was obviously whacking the malays. pigs playing racial cards are intolerable.
Pak Zawi,
Ditto ... me too, I do have a rather strong political view but this blog is more of a place for me to cerita2 kosong and talk about nothin in general.. and about my life as a bapak,w hich I enjoy very much.
Tok,
You are right, sir. I need to get a new hobby. I'm okay with reading a book and blog hopping. But is so not okay with gardening (lagipun I lived on the 9th floor). As for cooking, since mrsgoodthinngs@home is such an expert, my presence in the kitchen will almost always be reduced to just basuh pinggan mangkuk. But I cook good ikan sardin tumis though.
Let me see, what else ya.....
Shah,
You know what, I might join all of you. InsyaAllah. It'll be fun, I know...
Azwan,
I dah tak larat nak senyum dah ler...org perangai macam tu jugak. But then again, maybe its just me. Anyway, will ring you nanti.. but Saturday nanti I think I have to go to Kuala Selangor... ada kerja..ooooh alamak there goes my Dataran Merdeka party.
Fauziah,
Aren't you glad you are not a politician? I'm sure I did although at the same time I could certainly enjoy the wang ringgit and harta benda that goes with the territory.Heheh. However, at the end of the day, kerja weekends ni is not that bad after all kan, guess we are so used to it.And that is actually our life.
Dr No,
Thanks... and to think that there are million others who are not as previliged as I am. Oh! I'm so ungrateful.
Kerp,
Thanks bro, for the vote of confidence.
it's cuma one of those spell where and when office life sucks but then again it could be worse.
And if you've noticed, after reading the long-winded spam, I've deleted those (though ada a few points are valid) but as you said, racists are pigs and they are certainly not welcome here. And meminjam kata-kata Bro Tokasid, istimewa ker kedudukan org Melayu sekarang ni?
